For a business that delivers and picks up things on a schedule, the holidays can really throw a wrench into things.
I'm here to tell you not to worry and that we are super flexible when it comes to the holiday season!
We won't be delivering or picking up boxes during our winter break but will be available by phone, email, or text if you need to reach us.

What do I do if I want a delivery during the break?
Don't worry we have a solution! If you want your boxes to be delivered between the 23rd and the 28th place the delivery date between the 20th and 22nd (whichever works best for you) and your pick-up for two weeks out.
If you were looking for a delivery on the 31st or 1st, place your delivery on the 29th or 30th with a pick-up for two weeks out.
Then, if you need extra time with the boxes, just let us know. No charge.
Yep, it's as easy as that!
It's doesn't make much sense to charge you for taking the boxes early when you're really doing us a favor.
What do I do if I want a pick-up during the break?
If you have a delivery day where the pick-up day would be during our break, just change the pick-up day to Dec 22nd. We will then move it to a later date on our end.
Doing it this way means our system won't charge you the extra week.
We really appreciate everyone working with us during our break. As a small business, we rarely get days off to visit with family so this week means a lot to us.
