How big are Simply Box’d boxes?


We have one size of box with the dimensions 24" x 15" x 12.5".




How many boxes will I need?


For a one bedroom home we've seen that 20 boxes tends to be the ideal number. From there 35 boxes takes care of a two bedroom home and then 50 boxes for a three bedroom home. Within the checkout process we provide customers with the opportunity to customize their order in terms of rental duration, number of dolllies, and amount of packing paper. Check out the packages we offer for details as to what come with each of those packages. If you have any question or concerns, please feel free to give us a call at 720-919-2597 to talk to a packing consultant that would be happy to work through the details of your move to figure out the ideal package for your needs.




How long can I rent Simply Box’d?


Our packages can be rented anywhere from two weeks to four weeks. If you need a rental period longer than this, we'd be happy to discuss our additional weekly rates over the phone, just give us a ring at 720-919-2597.




What are your delivery/pick up hours?


We operate from 8am to 6pm daily. If you do not have availability during these hours, let us know and we'll work with you to find a time that works best for your pickup or delivery.




Do I need to be home for delivery and pick up?


Yes, we do need someone home during both pickup and delivery. However, we will work with you to figure out the best time that works for you. To ensure we are respecting your time, we agree upon a one hour timeslot and text you when we are about 15 mins out.




When will I be charged?


If you order over the phone at 720-919-2597, your card will be charged the day before out agreed delivery time. If you order through our website, your card will be charged once you've completed the checkout process.




Can I purchase a Simply Box’d box?


Absolutely, many movers would ilke to keep some of their items in storage. We allow these movers to simply purchase the boxes they would like to keep packed up. Give us a call at 720-919-2597 or let your driver know upon pickup if this is something you are interested in and they will be able to process your order at that time.




How clean are Simply Box’d boxes?


Very! Our boxes are cleaned and sanitized between every rental. We understand that you are placing your personal and valuable possessions in our boxes, and for this reason hold our cleaning process to a very high standard.




Do you move the boxes?


No, we do not offer moving services. We do, however, have a short list of trusted moving companies that we would be happy to recommend.




What if I miss a delivery or pick up?


We can always delay or advance delivery and pick up time. However, if you are simply not present at the time or pickup or delivery, with no advanced notice, a $25 trip and rescheduling fee will be charged.




I accidentally damaged box or dolly. What now?


We're proud to say we've got the most durable boxes we could find on the market. However, we understand that freak accidents happen and we will make every effort to ensure that the box or dolly can be used again. If one is damaged to the point that it cannot be used again, a $30 replacement fee per box and a $50 replacement fee per dolly will be charged.




What is your cancelation policy?


We offer free cancelation up to the day before delivery. If an order is canceled on the day of delivery, there is a $25 cancelation fee.
